CANCELLATION POLICY

To book an appointment for any service, a $15 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required to secure all appointments. A card will be needed to book an appointment. The funds will go directly towards the service and the remaining balance will be paid on the day of the service. I will allow you to reschedule using the same $15 deposit used for the initial appointment if I am notified of reschedule AT LEAST 2 hours before scheduled appointment. A confirmation text will be sent out to confirm appointment date, time and location.
